Update Active Directory DNS Reverse Lookup Zones from Sites and Services Subnets (Update-ReverseZonesFromSubnets.ps1 V1.10)

- Cleaned up some code and typos driving my OCD up the wall
- Reformatted the terminating Write-Error messages to make them more visible and readable in the console
