Some of the 10 were old hat to me, but having all of them consolidated into what amounts to being a checklist is something is use on all my customer engagements, even when AD and/or Citrix aren’t the subject.

Hi Carl.
I have used your tips with two customers who were complaining about the performance of their XenApp environment. Basically ignorance on their part was cause. No clean up and not properly setup. While they still don’t have the performance they desire, it is at least better than it was.

Carl,
I use your “Finding duplicate DNS records script” almost weekly. For a while we were having duplicate entries often, and scavenging wasn’t always working, as you warned it might. Great stuff, hope to see you at Synergy this year.
Thanks,
