We are seeing the same thing, Carl, I have included more of the information below (minus identifying info)

VERBOSE: Get-XDAuthentication: DecodeCustomersFromCwsToken: Customers decoded :1
VERBOSE: Get-XDAuthentication: Error – Customer: ######## not found in list: companyname
      VERBOSE: Get-XDAuthentication: Exit
WARNING: CC Site1 information could not be retrieved. Script cannot continue
      ProcessScriptSetup :

Unable to connect to your Citrix Cloud Account ########

cmdlet failed: Get-XDAuthentication failed: XDSDKProxy not set

      At C:\scripts\CC_Inventory_V1.ps1:30852 char:1
      + ProcessScriptSetup
      + ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      + CategoryInfo : NotSpecified: (:) [Write-Error], WriteErrorException
      + FullyQualifiedErrorId : Microsoft.PowerShell.Commands.WriteErrorException,ProcessScriptSetup

We are at a loss, The customer number is correct. I even created a second API connection just in case the first one was corrupt.

Thanks for any help you can lend.

This was resolved through troubleshooting done by fellow CTP Shane O’Neill.

Make sure to use the Customer ID, not the OrgID.

      Hello,

Thanks for your scripts 😉 I have run the script for the Cloud.

You confirm that the account to be used matches the account to connect to Citrix cloud “a. Set-XDCredentials -CustomerID “Customer account from Step 2″ ” ?

      Below are the steps :

      1 Add-PSSnapin *citrix*

      2. Set-XDCredentials -CustomerID “toto” -SecureClientFile “patch” -ProfileType CloudAPI -StoreAs “Example_1”

      3. Set-XDCredentials -CustomerID “toto” -ProfileType CloudAPI -StoreAs “Default” -APIKey “xxxxxxxxxxx” -SecretKey “xxxxxxx”

      4 .\CC_Inventory_V1.ps1 -ProfileName “Example_1”

=> I have the error message “Unable to connect to your Citrix Cloud Account toto

cmdlet failed: Get-XDAuthentication failed: XDSDKProxy not set

      Do you have an idea?

thank you for your help, have a nice day

      Best regard
