Your client file security configuration becomes invalid with version 10.1 of the Presentation Server Client if you upgrade from version 10 of the client with client file security enabled.
The configuration explained in CTX568194 – ICA Client File Security: Web Client Drive Access and the Webica.ini File Explained does not work as expected with the 10.1 client.
With version 10.1 of the Presentation Server Client, the webica.ini file is stored in the user profile directory (that is, C:\Document and Settings\\Application Data\ICAClient). This change is made to support User Access Control in Microsoft Windows Vista.
In Presentation Server Client version 10.0, the webica.ini file was stored in the system directory (for example, C:\WINDOWS).
Edit the webica.ini file under the user profile.
Deploy the webica.ini file to each user profile with logon scripts.
