Citrix NetScaler V2.5 Documentation Script has been Updated 16-Dec-2014

December 16, 2014

NetScaler, PowerShell

One of testers for the VMware vCenter documentation script found a bug in that script where the PDF file was not created. That turned out to be a bug in the master template script and therefore affected the NetScaler script. While I was fixing the PDF bug I found out that when I added Regions to the master template script, I inadvertently broke the help text. I fixed the PDF and help text issues in the master template script and applied those fixes to the NetScaler script with Barry’s permission. There has been no functionality change to the NetScaler script.

NOTE: This script is continually updated. You can always find the most current version by going to http://carlwebster.com/where-to-get-copies-of-the-documentation-scripts/

Thanks

    Carl,

    Amazing Scripts… Great Site…

I used the NetScaler script and it worked flawless, but it did not contain the info about GSLB (Global Server Load Balancing). This whole portion was missing in the documentation.

Thanks again for the best source of all the documentation scripts.

Barry and Iain will be doing a complete rewrite of the NetScaler script using the Nitro API to allow them access to all the NetScaler configuration data.

    Hey Carl.

This script is amazing. I use the output as a reference guide all the time and its easily presentable to my non-technical supervisors.

    You’re the best!
